If relationships feel harder than they should — more anxious, more triggering, more overwhelming than you want — you’re not imagining it. Childhood attachment trauma needs specialized healing.
You feel anxious, activated, or emotionally dysregulated in relationships
You overthink, people-please, shut down, or swing between closeness and distance
Midlife transitions (hormones, loss, divorce, dating, caregiving) have intensified your reactions
You’ve “done the work” but still feel stuck in the same patterns
You want real change — not just coping strategies
Your attachment system adapted to early experiences — and now it needs attuned, skilled support to heal.

This is one-on-one, trauma-informed therapy focused on healing the root of relationship distress — not just managing symptoms.
Calm emotional overwhelm and reactivity
Understand and heal anxious, avoidant, or disorganized attachment patterns
Build internal safety instead of relying on external validation
Stay grounded during conflict, closeness, or perceived rejection
Create secure relationships — starting with yourself

Many clients come to me after saying:
“I understand my patterns — but I still can’t stop reacting.”
That’s because attachment wounds live in the nervous system and the subconscious mind, and not in your conscious awareness.
My approach integrates Attachment theory, Trauma-informed care, Nervous system regulation, and Midlife & hormonal awareness (where appropriate).
We don’t just talk about what happened. We work with how your body learned to survive — and teach it something new.
Relationship anxiety & emotional dependency
Fear of abandonment or engulfment
People-pleasing, hypervigilance, shutdown
Dating in midlife
Healing childhood attachment wounds
Building secure self-trust
Relationship triggers amplified by menopause/perimenopause
If you’re unsure whether your situation “counts,” it does.

We welcome clients who recognize that healing is a process of identifying core wounds from childhood and are committed to actively questioning their own beliefs. We do not accept clients looking for psycho-pharmaceutical medications or requiring a psychiatric assessment and/or treatment for mental illness.
We work with folks all around the world! That said, please note that appointments are booked using Eastern Standard Time (EST - New York), and rates are listed/charged in $USD.
Yes, we can provide receipts! Services are insurable for individuals with a Health Spending or Flex/Wellness account, or are commonly claimed as a medical expense on annual tax returns.
All gift cards are purchased online, and can be redeemed for any service, at any time (no expiration date!) with any practitioner of the client's choice! Gift cards are easily redeemed online (as a payment method) when booking a session.
That is entirely up to you! We provide both options because our clients appreciate the choice! Hourly booking is done entirely online by clients themselves through our booking system. If you prefer to book a package, we offer a special discounted rate of 12 sessions for the price of 10, and offer preferential booking times for these clients! Once payment is made for the package, your practitioner will contact you to determine the best weekly recurring day/time, and will setup all your sessions for you (concierge service!)
The free Attachment Style Quiz is the first step. It takes five minutes. Your results will explain your pattern, how it shows up, and what support would actually help.
